WHO AM I?

I am a Sacred Birthkeeper, Holistic Birth Educator, Community Herbalist & Healing Circle Facilitator.

I specialize in holistic preparation & support for birth after cesarean, womb trauma release and innovative, spirit-led education for birth workers. As a woman who has experienced cesarean birth, pregnancy loss & sexual abuse I find it imperative to use my experiences as a guidepost in my work. I strive in all I do to provide the support, representation & information that was lacking for me so that others can have a different birth and parenting experience. An empowered and embodied experience. As a light worker and birth keeper, I am committed to reclaiming my ancestral practices and implementing them for my healing as well as holding the sacred space for my community to do the same.
